We are hiring on-site in India for a Business Development Representative focused on the US marketan entry-level opportunity ideal for ambitious freshers who want hands-on sales and client-engagement experience targeting North American customers.

Business Development Representative (US Market)

Role & Responsibilities

  • Prospect and generate qualified leads for US-based clients using phone email and LinkedIn outreach to build a consistent sales pipeline.
  • Conduct high-volume outbound activities (cold calls follow-up sequences and targeted messaging) to engage hiring managers and decision-makers in the US.
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads against client requirements and schedule discovery calls or demos for senior sales team members.
  • Update and manage all prospect and activity data in the CRM to ensure accurate pipeline reporting and forecasting.
  • Collaborate with recruitment and delivery teams to transfer qualified opportunities and support seamless handoffs to account managers.
  • Achieve activity and conversion KPIs; iterate on outreach messaging and cadence based on feedback and performance metrics.

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have

  • Strong spoken and written English with clear US-accent neutral communication suitable for professional outreach.
  • Comfortable with high-volume cold calling and handling objections on the phone.
  • Hands-on experience using or willingness to learn CRM platforms and sales tools; disciplined about logging activities.
  • Customer-focused attitude with a bias for action and ability to work on-site in India during US overlap hours/shifts.
  • Freshers welcomedemonstrable campus sales internship telecalling or customer-facing experience is a plus.

Preferred

  • Familiarity with B2B sales motion and an understanding of recruiting or staffing workflows.
  • Experience with HubSpot Salesforce or automated outreach tools.
  • Data-oriented mindset with basic spreadsheet skills (MS Excel) for activity tracking.
