Job Summary

Were looking for a Senior Accountant for our telco client take full responsibility for the accounting and nbsp;operations of their Hungarian entities.

Responsibilities:

Full responsibility for end-to-end bookkeeping and accounting for multiple Hungarian entities
Ensure compliance with local accounting standards tax regulations and statutory reporting requirements
Manage communication with Hungarian authorities NAV local tax offices and banks
Oversee and prepare VAT corporate tax and other statutory filings
Maintain accurate ledgers reconcile accounts and prepare monthly management reports (cash flow budget project performance etc.)
Monitor and control costs ensuring effective budget management and expense optimization
Collaborate with external auditors and advisors when required.

Requirements:

and nbsp;Minimum 5 experience in full-cycle accounting and bookkeeping in Hungary
Strong understanding of local financial regulations taxation and and nbsp;compliance procedures
Fluency in Hungarian and English
Chartered Accountant Certificate
Experience with SAP Business One or other ERP/accounting systems is an advantage
Highly independent responsible and detail-oriented with strong and nbsp;organizational skills
Proactive analytical and service-oriented mindset
