Grassroots Community Outreach Client Support Tax Season Role
Serve your community earn a great income and help families get the refunds they deserve.
The Phoenix Tax Street Team drives community engagement and assists with client intake during tax season. You will represent LegacyBridge in neighborhoods at partner locations and at pop-up tax events to help bring in and support new clients.
This is a hands-on high-energy community-based role for outgoing friendly motivated individuals who enjoy talking to people and helping families.
Key Responsibilities
Host pop-up Tax Days at approved partner locations
Collect client tax documents as a mobile drop-off point
Greet clients and amp; provide intake assistance
Promote LegacyBridge services and amp; seasonal incentives
Support appointment scheduling and digital intake
Distribute flyers referral cards and marketing materials
Maintain daily activity and lead tracking
Follow secure handling procedures for confidential documents
Paid training provided (scripts procedures partner etiquette and amp; compliance).
Requirements
Minimum age: 18
Reliable personal vehicle and amp; valid drivers license
Strong communication and amp; customer service skills
Friendly energetic and confident when talking to people
Sales or lead-generation mindset
Smartphone with a data plan
Ability to work outdoors and amp; travel to sites
Must follow secure handling and amp; confidentiality rules
Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly wanted
