Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated Junior Marketing Coordinator to support our on-site marketing operations in Charlotte. This position is perfect for someone who enjoys working directly with teams managing projects and contributing to creative promotional initiatives. Candidates must live in or near Charlotte as this role requires in-person collaboration and event support.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in planning and coordinating marketing campaigns and promotional events.
Support the development and organization of marketing materials and presentations.
Conduct market research and compile data to support strategic planning.
Track and report on campaign performance timelines and deliverables.
Collaborate with internal teams to maintain brand consistency and client satisfaction.
Provide general administrative and logistical support to the marketing department.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing Communications or a related field preferred.
Excellent organizational written and verbal communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.
Positive attitude professional demeanor and team-oriented mindset.
Must be able to work on-site in Charlotte NC (local candidates only).
