Job Description
The Finance Head will be responsible for overseeing all financial activities of the organization including managing financial statements preparing MIS reports cost allocation ensuring compliance with GST TDS and income tax regulations conducting variance analysis budgeting forecasting maintaining internal control procedures managing payroll handling statutory compliances contract management analyzing balance sheets P&L statements cash flow and utilizing Excel for financial data management.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and analyze financial statements
- Generate MIS reports for management
- Allocate costs effectively
- Ensure compliance with GST TDS and income tax laws
- Conduct variance analysis to identify discrepancies
- Participate in budgeting and forecasting activities
- Establish and maintain internal control procedures
- Manage payroll processes
- Ensure adherence to statutory compliances
- Oversee contract management
- Analyze and interpret balance sheets P&L statements and cash flow
- Utilize Excel for financial data management and reporting
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Finance Accounting or related field
- Proven experience in a similar financial role
- Strong understanding of financial regulations and compliance requirements
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
