Key Responsibilities:
Assess patient conditions and develop personalized treatment plans.
Implement therapeutic exercises manual therapy and other interventions.
Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed.
Maintain accurate documentation of patient care and outcomes.
Educate patients and families on therapy techniques and home exercise programs.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Contribute to efficient workflow and support departmental goals.
Qualifications:
Current and valid Physical Therapist license in North Carolina.
Strong communication critical thinking and patient care skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
