We are looking for a B2B Marketing Manager to focus on developing the local B2B partner channel. You will join the Ajax Systems marketing team and gain real opportunities for international exposure and business travel. Our marketers are deeply embedded in market operations - working closely with the sales team operating on the ground at partner sites and leading the launch of initiatives locally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Marketing manager is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive sales to business-to-business partners in a dedicated region.
- Create expand and accelerate sales opportunities through regional and account-focused marketing execution and managing marketing campaigns that promote Ajax products within a marketing-defined strategy in a Regional Business Plan.
- Drive all B2B marketing activities in collaboration with the Business Development Team. Execution of promotion exhibitions seminars webinars certification courses case studies presentations trade marketing activities professional media publications motivation programs etc.
- Decision-making and discretion regarding marketing activities in support of regional sales goals.
- Reporting on the performance of marketing campaigns to make adjustments to increase efficiency and financial reporting.
- Developing and updating the marketing materials. Participation in partner development tools creation presenting regional market needs and features.
- Monitoring the implementation of marketing policy in the distribution channel delivering all existing marketing materials and instruments (created by Ajax HQ) to business partners.
- Being an advocate and representative for the sales region. Sharing regional knowledge with the marketing team.
- Deep analysis of partners business and local insights to develop ideas on how to grow Ajaxs share and sales inside each partner.
- Collaboration with marketing product and sales managers on the partners side to strengthen Ajaxs presence and sales.
- This role will require effective collaboration and coordination across internal and external stakeholders.
Key Requirements:
- English (for daily communication with partners and colleagues).
- 3 years of experience in marketing.
Experience:
- Demonstrated experience working with international markets (strong advantage).
- Proven expertise in B2B marketing strategies and execution.
- Track record of successfully launching products entering new markets or rolling out services.
- Proven ability to organise lead and drive cross-functional collaboration across product sales operations and technical teams.
- Hands-on experience designing and executing multichannel marketing programmes and managing the marketing mix.
- Portfolio containing commercially successful projects with measurable business impact.
