Job Overview
Are you passionate about precision and craftsmanship in manufacturing Join our team as a Machinist and play a key role in producing high-quality components that support our windows and manufacturing this role youll work with advanced equipment to machine parts used in tools jigs fixtures and process equipment. Youll be part of a team that values safety continuous learning and attention to detail.
Highlights of your role
- Operate CNC mills lathes and other fabrication equipment to produce precision parts
- Interpret technical drawings and determine machining sequences for optimal results
- Troubleshoot and repair industrial machinery to support production needs
Youre a good fit if you have (or if you can)
- A two-year technical degree in machining or equivalent experience
- At least two years of hands-on experience in a machine shop or apprenticeship program
- Strong understanding of machining processes and equipment selection
- Ability to make accurate measurements and deliver high-quality results
Also want to make sure you have
- Experience with machine design and mechanical assembly
- Flexibility to work across multiple departments and roles
- A proactive mindset and willingness to learn new techniques
Schedule: Monday -Thursday 5:00 a.m. 3:30 p.m. OT as required. Some limited weekend project work as business needs require.
