This position provides care coordination with children and teens who are involved in the juvenile-legal system. These patients may be currently in the JIC or recently released and need assistance with re-entry. These children may have recently had a Behavioral Health Juvenile Justice (BHJJ) assessment and could have a range of charges (misdemeanor and/or felony).

In-office days are within the Franklin County Juvenile Intervention Center (JIC).
