We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support senior leadership within Rings dynamic and fast-growing business unit. This role requires exceptional discretion strong organizational skills AI first mentality and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced technology environment.
Key job responsibilities
Administrative Excellence
Manage complex global calendars and scheduling with diplomacy and discretion
Coordinate meetings across different time zones and manage executive availability
Create detailed agendas and coordinate participants for meetings and strategic reviews
Submit expense reports and manage financial administrative tasks in a timely manner
Travel & Event Management
Schedule comprehensive travel arrangements including air/hotel/ground transportation
Create detailed travel itineraries for domestic and international travel
Coordinate with in-house travel agents and manage complex travel processes
Organize and execute team activities staff meetings global meetings and off-site events
Communication & Collaboration
Act as a seamless extension of the executive team
Coordinate closely with other Executive Assistants within the Amazon community
Build positive working relationships across Ring and Amazon organizations
Handle confidential information with the highest level of integrity and discretion
Strategic Support
Function independently without constant oversight
Complete complex tasks quickly with minimal guidance
Design and improve administrative processes
Support strategic initiatives and special projects as needed
A day in the life
On a day-to-day basic the Executive Assistant will maintain the Senior leader calendar keeping it organized for weeks in advance. This involves maintaining strong working relationships with the leader partner EAs and members of the business. Additionally the Executive Assistant will partner with other EA team members on team events space administration and building a proactive outlook for upcoming meetings.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $66800/year in our lowest geographic market up to $142800/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge skills and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
