This is a hybrid role and we prefer candidates based in the Denver area. The position requires three days per week in the office with flexibility when you are on client sites.

We will count on you to:
Responsible for driving net new business sales and revenue growth by promoting andselling our comprehensive suite of workforce and total rewards solutions to clients.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients understand their needs and providetailored solutions that align with their business objectives.
Collaborate with internal teams to develop compelling sales proposals andpresentations and negotiate and close contracts.
Effectively communicate the value proposition of our solutions and differentiate themfrom competitors.
Utilize CRM systems to track sales activities manage leads and maintain accuraterecords.
What you need to have:
A minimum of 7 years of B2B sales experience ideally in professional services HR consulting or SaaS/software sales.
Ability to show how you identify research profile and prospect accounts
Ability to talk through your cold calling meeting conversions and closing ratios.
Abiliity to share examples of identifying and meeting with key decisions makers.
Abiliity to Illustrate your process of managing a prospect through a sales cycle

A proven your track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals.
