Inviting applications for the role of Assistant Manager - Content Manager
The BidPro team has been supporting deal management for some time now; however the deal teams have faced several challenges regarding the quality of the proposals developed. To win more we needed to produce better proposals faster!
Building a powerful content backbone is imperative in light of these improved expectations from BidPro. This role encompasses content management & collateral building of our pre-sales and client-facing deliverables.

Responsibilities
Proposal Development: Actively engage in the proposal creation process and contribute to the overall proposal strategy and response to ensure alignment with client needs and company objectives.
Ensure Quality and Compliance: Follow and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and guidelines ensuring compliance with the Genpact brand and tone.
Engage Subject Matter Experts: Manage a network of subject matter experts to cover proposal use cases and their components including enabling functions domain specialists solution leaders and vendor partners to showcase external expertise for swift impact.
Coordinate Proposal Delivery: Manage writing schedules and delivery of proposals.
Content Repository Management: Build and maintain a repository of domain-specific content tailored to the needs of each partner group.
Content Library Enhancement: Identify gaps in the content library and develop new content to address these gaps.
Content Development Collaboration: Work with business units and functions to plan and create content by reviewing solutions/ideas with SMEs and key partners.
Develop Taxonomies and Metadata: Create taxonomies and a metadata framework for organizing and tagging content effectively.
Measure Content Efficiency: Utilize content management systems to analyze traffic and user engagement metrics and report the effectiveness of content artifacts.
Stay Updated: Keep abreast of developments in content management and generate new ideas to attract the audiences attention.
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications
Excellent Writing Skills: Communicating solutions and recommendations persuasively and succinctly.
Industry Knowledge: Understanding business drivers and processes in the ITES/BPS industry.
Content Repository Aptitude: Awareness and skill in using content repositories and innovative tools such as proposal automation software like RFPIO Qvidian or similar.
Research and Analytical Skills: Strong research skills analytical ability and openness to new ideas.
Interpersonal and Time-Management Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to manage time effectively.
Attention to Detail: High level of attention to detail.
Partner Management: Demonstrated experience managing relationships with multiple partners especially senior stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
Educational Background: Graduate or postgraduate degree in English or business writing.
Relevant Experience: Prior experience in proposal writing/management technical writing business/marketing communication pre-sales knowledge management or business research.
Technical Proficiency: Experience with proposal management tools.
