- Oversee CRM management forecasting and performance tracking.
- Collaborate with Support Marketing and Implementation to ensure client success.
- Recruit train and onboard new sales representatives as the team expands.
- Drive accountability and foster a culture of motivation growth and excellence.
Qualifications:
- Proven success in B2B sales ideally in professional or outsourced service industries.
- Experience leading or developing a sales team.
- Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills.
- Organized process-driven and comfortable with CRM systems.
- Analytical and data-focused with the ability to coach through metrics.
- Strategic mindset combined with hands-on sales leadership.
- Driven accountable and passionate about team success.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base Salary: $100000/year
- Commission: 20% on personal sales (first term) and 5% on team sales
- Year 1 On-Target Earnings: $190000$220000
- Full benefits package and long-term growth potential
