Role Summary:Drive continuous sales growth through strategic partner engagement. Lead manage and support projects related tothe development and implementation of growth opportunitiesand process and product improvementsin Caterpillarsworktoolbusinesswithin the Excavation Division.
WhatYoullDo (Job Duties)
- Analyze andidentifygrowth opportunities forworktoolsfrom a product and region perspective
- Lead projects to improve business results and drive financial results includingdevelopingproject plans and business cases
- Identifyand run process improvement projects across the portfolio inclusive ofpoint-of-saleofferingsandaftermarket opportunities
- Dataanalysis of global business results and communicate monthly results of worktools business plans with division leadership
- Gather information and benchmark best practices for business line improvement opportunities
- Work with peers fromnumerousdivisions to analyze scope lead and executeprocess improvement projects

- Project Management:Ability to lead complex global projects that willultimately leadto customer solutions
Top Candidates Will Also Have
- Bachelors degree in business or engineering with consideration for other related fields orworktools industry experience
- Excellent businessacumen collaboration and leadership skills
- Previouscommercialexperience
- Previousteam managementexperience
- Ability to work with global teams and resolve issues independently
- Strong command of English in both written and verbal communication is essential.
Additional Details
- Relocation assistance is not supported
- Travel:up to 25%
- This position requires 5 days per week in the office (M-F)
