As Video Producer you will be responsible for conceptualizing producing and editing broadcast-quality videos for ISMGs 38 global media sites e-learning platform and related digital properties. This position calls for a creative and technically skilled professional capable of delivering impactful video content across editorial commercial and marketing initiatives.

As Video Producer you will be responsible for conceptualizing producing and editing broadcast-quality videos for ISMGs 38 global media sites e-learning platform and related digital properties. This position calls for a creative and technically skilled professional capable of delivering impactful video content across editorial commercial and marketing initiatives.
What Youll Do
- Bring stories to life: Ideate design and edit a wide range of video content from e-learning courseware and webinars to digital interviews brand videos motion graphics and social media campaigns.
- Enhance live experiences: Create visually compelling assets for live event coverage including stage screens landing pages event websites and on-site broadcast signage.
- Deliver broadcast-quality visuals: Apply advanced editing techniques such as color correction grading stabilization and other visual enhancements to ensure every video meets professional standards.
- Own the green screen process: Manage and post-produce green screen shoots with customized backgrounds (static or motion) motion graphics callouts and lower thirds.
- Perfect the sound and accessibility: Mix audio add subtitles and captions and incorporate voiceovers to make content both high-quality and inclusive.
- Craft seamless multi-camera edits: Work with live event footage to synchronize refine and enhance both video and audio for a polished final output.
- Leverage innovation: Use AI-powered tools within Adobe Creative Suite (and beyond) to streamline workflows and boost creative efficiency.
- Champion quality control: Ensure all produced content aligns with ISMGs brand creative vision and production standards.
- Stay ahead of the curve: Keep up with emerging trends technologies and editing practices to continually push the boundaries of whats possible.
- Collaborate and communicate: Partner with internal teams and external stakeholders to understand creative needs and deliver impactful on-brand video content.
- Inspire creativity: Contribute to ISMGs vibrant creative culture by sharing ideas mentoring peers and driving excellence in visual storytelling.
- Bachelors Degree or higher.
- Extensive hands-on experience with Adobe Creative Suite particularly After Effects Premiere Pro Photoshop and Audition.
- Strong understanding of visual enhancements color grading stabilization and broadcast graphics (e.g. news tickers transitions bumpers and on-screen graphics).
- Good understanding of Sound mixing subtitling closed captioning or dubbing (Voiceovers)
- Proven ability to mix multi-cam footage and manage audio post-production for live and recorded events.
- Familiarity with AI-powered editing and motion tools to improve speed and creative quality.
- Basic knowledge of live streaming tools including OBS Studio or equivalent platforms.
- Excellent project management time management and organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
- A solid grasp of the latest B2B media tech and social video trends.
- Experience using project management platforms (e.g. ) and video collaboration tools (e.g. ).
- Ability to thrive under tight deadlines in a fast-paced globally distributed environment.
