Job Summary
Responsibilities:
Install inspect and service HVAC systems including package units split units chillers AHUs FCUs and exhaust systems.
Diagnose mechanical electrical and control faults in HVAC and refrigeration systems.
Perform routine preventive maintenance such as cleaning coils checking refrigerant levels and replacing filters and belts.
Adjust system controls and verify operational efficiency after repairs.
Ensure quick and accurate fault diagnosis to minimize downtime.
Requirements
Qualifications & Experience:
Technical Diploma / ITI Certificate in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration or Mechanical Trade.
Minimum 35 years of experience in HVAC maintenance or installation (preferably in Qatar or GCC).
Knowledge of HVAC systems refrigeration cycles ducting and control systems.
Ability to read technical drawings and service manuals.
Familiarity with BMS (Building Management Systems) is an advantage.
Holder of a valid Qatar/recognized trade certificate preferred.
