Job Summary
Greet and assist patients and visitors courteously.
Manage patient registration appointments and EMR updates.
Handle inbound/outbound calls and provide accurate hospital information.
Conduct insurance eligibility checks and coordinate pre-approvals.
Manage billing issue receipts and perform end-of-shift financial handovers.
Maintain accurate records and support administrative duties.
Ensure seamless coordination with hospital departments.
Diploma or certification in hospital administration or customer service.
Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
Experience in hospital front-desk or medical administrative roles.
Knowledge of EMR/HIS systems and insurance coordination.
Presentable professional and able to work under pressure.
Willing to work shifts weekends and public holidays as needed.
Requirements
