As a Strategy Analyst you will play a pivotal role in managing projects from inception through to implementation working closely with senior leaders and teams across the group. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop Business Cases: Work alongside senior leadership to create business cases that support the companys growth and identify new opportunities for success.
  

• Provide Strategic Insights: Analyze key projects and offer actionable recommendations to help shape the business strategy and deliver on key objectives.
  

• Support Strategic Planning: Assist with long-term strategic projects the creation of strategy papers and the planning process to drive the companys future success.
  

• Drive Project Implementation: Take ownership of key strategic projects frequently presenting to the Executive Committee (Ex-Co) to drive impactful change at all levels.
  

• Conduct Market Intelligence: Produce detailed market intelligence reports to ensure the organization is ahead of industry trends and competitors.
  

• Lead Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough research to inform the companys growth strategies identifying opportunities and risks that can influence decision-making.
  

• Collaborate Across the Business: Provide support in areas like financial modeling process improvements and change initiatives to ensure cohesive growth and operational success.

Requirements:

• 5 years of experience in consulting with a solid background in strategy transformation or management consulting.
  
• A strong masters degree in business economics engineering or a similar field.
  
• Previous experience in a top-tier strategy consultancy or an in-house consulting role preferably with a deep understanding of strategic planning and project execution.
