As a AI strategy manager you will play a crucial role in developing strategies for business growth through AI GenAI and analytics for our clients.

We are looking for a Data and AI Strategy Manager to play a key role in aligning advanced analytics and artificial intelligence solutions with our clients core business objectives. This position involves collaborating closely with senior internal stakeholders data science teams engineering teams and business units to transform complex data insights into actionable strategies driving data-informed decision-making throughout the organization.

As a Manager on the Data & AI Strategy team you will:

Partner with business stakeholders to identify and clarify business challenges where AI and analytics can provide value.
Lead analytics and AI initiatives from concept to execution ensuring they align with client strategies and objectives.
Oversee project governance monitor progress and adapt scope to meet changing business requirements.
Act as a bridge between AI/data science teams and business units translating technical insights into clear actionable strategies.
Manage analytics projects from ideation through implementation to ensure they deliver measurable business impact.
Shape team direction and deliver strategic recommendations to clients.
Provide proactive guidance to both internal and client stakeholders on data and AI opportunities.
Stay up to date on industry trends and advancements in data science and AI.
Demonstrate leadership in cross-functional team management and deliver results in client-focused environments.

Requirements

Masters degree in Business Engineering Computer Science Information Systems Business Analytics or a related field.
At least 5 years of experience in a strategy role within a consulting firm or a dynamic business setting.
Strong understanding of and passion for the transformative role of data and AI in industries and organizations.
Strategic thinker with exceptional analytical skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to collaborate effectively across organizational levels.
Fluency in English is required; Dutch is a strong advantage.

Required Skills:

Masters degree in Business Engineering Innovation Strategy or other relevant degree. A minimum of 4 years of experience in strategy consulting telecommunications or a related -depth knowledge of the telecommunications sector including technology trends and market dynamics. Strong analytical problem-solving and strategic thinking skills. Exceptional communication negotiation and client-facing skills. Proficiency in financial analysis and modeling. Fluency in English Dutch and French.
