Our store at Jackson Premium Outlets proudly brings this experience to our loyal shoppers and were looking for Part-Time Sales Associates to continue that tradition of comfort care and connection.
What Youll Do
As a Spring Step Shoes Sales Associate youll play an essential role in delivering an exceptional shopping experience one that reflects our commitment to quality comfort and service. Your responsibilities will include:
- Engaging customers with genuine warmth professionalism and product knowledge.
- Driving sales by identifying customer needs offering thoughtful recommendations and upselling complementary styles.
- Maintaining a clean organized and inviting store environment.
- Supporting back-of-house operations such as inventory management and e-commerce order fulfillment.
- Representing Spring Footwears family of brands with pride and enthusiasm.
- Contributing to a positive team-oriented atmosphere built on respect communication and collaboration.
What Were Looking For
- A friendly professional communicator who loves helping people feel confident and comfortable.
- Strong multitasking and organizational skills in a fast-paced retail setting.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and occasionally lift up to 40 lbs.
- Team players with a flexible can-do attitude.
- Multilingual candidates are always a plus!
