Salary and Benefits
- Base salary: $110000 to $130000 (dependent on experience)
- Relocation assistance: Up to $5000
- 4-day work week (Monday Thursday)
- CME: 1 week and $3500 annually
- 3 weeks paid vacation sick time (accrued)
- 1011 paid holidays annually
- Full benefits: Medical dental vision
- 403(b) retirement with 1:1 match up to $3500
- DEA and license reimbursement
- NHSC and State Loan Repayment eligible
- Work at one of two sites (no inter-site travel required)
- Office currently closed Fridays but preference to reopen
- 4 Day 10 Hour Shift Work Week
- 36 Clinical Hours - 4 Admin Hours
- Provide full-spectrum pediatric primary care including well-child visits immunizations acute illness management and chronic condition follow-up
- Deliver care to newborns children and adolescents in a community-based setting
- Collaborate closely with physicians nurses and other providers to ensure high-quality patient outcomes
- Educate families on preventive health growth and development milestones
- Support and mentor newer team members as appropriate
- Clear and active Nurse Practitioner license in the state of Wisconsin (or eligibility)
- National certification as a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner (Primary Care or Acute Care)
- Open to new graduates and experienced providers
- Strong commitment to compassionate community-focused care
