The Opportunity

As an Operations Support Technician youll play a vital role in ensuring our manufacturing and service operations run smoothly and efficiently. This is a hands-on opportunity to contribute to high-impact projects work with advanced tools and systems and grow your career in a supportive and innovative environment. Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations procedures and guidelines.
How Youll Make an Impact
- Ensure compliance with all external and internal regulations procedures and guidelines.
- Monitor and improve performance across Safety Quality Delivery Cost and Inventory goals.
- Promote and participate in Continuous Improvement activities.
- Complete work orders and enter data into CMMS (SAP) daily.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and SAP (CMMS) schedules.
- Report downtime concerns to the Lead Technician.
- Submit parts and tool requirements through inventory systems.
- Assist in managing overall shift performance and communicate work assignments.
Your Background
- High School diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Experience with mechanical electrical and/or fabrication tasks.
- Basic computer skills including familiarity with SAP.
- HVAC and welding experience preferred.
- Ability to operate industrial equipment such as cranes and forklifts.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and simple schematics.
- Experience in lean manufacturing (4Q JIDOKA 6S) is a plus.
