Regional Sales Director Southeast Europe BA Cartonboard
Are you ready to drive growth and lead a high-performing sales team in one of dynamic regions in Europe We are seeking a passionate and results-oriented Regional Sales Director for Southeast Europe to join our Business Area Cartonboard team.
Your Opportunity
As Regional Sales Director you will:
- Take ownership of regional sales performance and working capital executing strategy and delivering results that matter.
- Be a key member of the BA Product & Sales team reporting directly to the Head of Product & Sales.
- Work from Milan Warsaw Helsinki Stockholm or another relevant Stora Enso location in Europe.
In this role you will
- Achieve ambitious sales targets set by the Business Area.
- Lead coach and inspire your sales organization to excel in value-based selling and promote our full product and service portfolio.
- Analyze market trends and provide actionable insights to shape our strategy and ensure a seamless flow of information from the market to operations and R&D.
- Calculate tender profitability and actively manage regional profitability and working capital.
- Champion the rollout and effective use of BA-wide processes and tools.
- Ensure CRM and processes are continuously implemented and support development.
- Collaborating closely with Customer Service Centers.
- Play a pivotal role in customer meetings negotiations and commercial agreements.

- Strong leadership and communication skills

- Fluency in English (additional regional languages are a plus)
