The Luminos Fund an international nonprofit bringing education opportunities to the worlds most marginalized children is seeking an Associate Director of Impact to manage its dynamic Impact team and oversee the processes and tools that underpin our impact work. The Impact team is responsible for collecting analyzing and reporting on program data to drive evidence-informed decision-making across the organization and improve learning outcomes for marginalized children.
This position calls for an experienced manager with expertise in data systems alongside strong people and project management skills. We encourage applications from individuals with professional backgrounds in data systems engineering data science monitoring and evaluation education research or related technical fields.
This is a full-time role that may be based in one of our offices in Accra Addis Ababa Boston London or Monrovia or remotely in a time zone from GMT-5 to GMT3. Reporting to the Senior Director of Impact the role holder will collaborate with country-based program teams and the Teaching & Learning team to ensure effective impact processes and high-quality data. The position will require up to 25% travel to challenging contexts in sub-Saharan Africa and the Middle East.
