• Thanks to your organizational talent you ensure clear structures and workflowsto make DataGuard the Best Place to Work

• You are the first point of contact for day to day operations & office issues from routine inspection rounds and facility management to supply ordering deliveries and catering

• You support office expansion and relocation projects

• You bring in your ideas to plan and execute empowering team events on and off-site

• You maintain and foster a high-performing innovative appreciative empowering joyful caring and on-site culture in the Workplace Operations team

• Ideally first working experience in a fast-movingenvironment

• Fluency in German and English to liaise with colleagues customers and suppliers on a professional level

• Strong Microsoft Office skills
