We are looking for a confident personable and coachable Chiropractor to join our practice full time in beautiful Salisbury MA. Ideally the incoming Chiropractor is passionate about helping patients create lasting structural and functional change through spinal correction exercise and wellness not just short-term pain relief. Must value communication structure and accountability as well as being committed to high quality corrective chiropractic care. Experience or interest in family care corrective/structural chiropractic sports performance and active rehabilitation is preferred. We welcome both experienced doctors and motivated recent graduates eager to grow within a proven system guided by our Chiro principles.

Duties:

• Conduct comprehensive exams x-rays and progress evaluations
• Develop and present individualized corrective care plans
• Collaborate with the case manager and therapy team for integrated care
• Perform full-spine and extremity chiropractic adjustments (diversified Thompson drop flexion-Distraction instrument assisted Activator)
• Oversee or assist with patient treatments including Focused shockwave therapy Spinal decompression Class IV laser therapy Exercise protocol guidance and at home equipment integration Supplement protocol recommendations Dry needling and instrument-assisted soft-tissue mobilization and Postural and corrective techniques
• Maintain accurate documentation in EHR
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to EOS scorecard metrics and quarterly goals

• Full time (M-F)

Salary (Range):

• $80k $100k plus bonus compensation
