Look no further! Gundersen Health System is seeking a Patient Services Specialist to join our growing and thriving organization!

The Patient Services Specialist provides superior face-to-face customer service in greeting and assisting patients family visitors and internal customers. They perform an important role in facilitating the patient experience by promoting a patient and family centered atmosphere throughout the check in/out now and embark on a rewarding career where you can truly make a difference!

Whats Available:

  • 1.0 FTE 80 hours every two weeks

  • Shift: Monday-Friday rotating hours between 6:30am - 6:00pm occasional Saturday from 6:45am - 12:00pm. Holiday rotation if needed

What you need:

  • High School Diploma or equivalency

  • 6 months experience in an office setting requiring customer service responsibilities

  • Strong customer service interpersonal and technical/computer skills

  • Friendly personality and passion for connecting with/helping people
