What Youll Be Doing

• Load materials and equipment travel to job sites with your team
• Prep work areas: air sealing ventilation dams and setup
• Install insulation in residential commercial and industrial spaces
• Make sure everything is sealed covered and installed correctly - quality matters
• Do a final walkthrough with your crew leader and clean up the site when finished
• Work outside the cubicle world - hands-on physical team-driven work

Requirements

• At least 1 year of insulation install or construction experience is a plus not a requirement
• High school diploma or GED
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Ability to lift carry and work in attics crawl spaces and heights as needed
• Valid drivers license and reliable transportation preferred
