Shift: Nights 11:00 PM 7:00 AM
Pay Rate: $2100 per week

Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking Travel Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Night Shiftfor an exciting job in Falmouth MA.

Requirements

Graduate of an accredited LPN program
Active Massachusetts LPN license (or eligibility)
Current BLS/CPR and AED certification
Strong understanding of nursing practices long-term care standards and regulatory compliance
Excellent leadership and communication skills with a team-focused mindset

Responsibilities

Supervise and guide nursing assistants in daily activities
Plan coordinate and deliver nursing services during assigned shifts
Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of admissions discharges treatments and care plans
Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and established protocols
Monitor residents health report condition changes and participate in care planning
Perform skilled nursing tasks such as IV/IM medication administration catheterization wound care tube feeding and specimen collection
Conduct routine assessments including vital signs and patient condition monitoring
Manage inventory of medications supplies and equipment
Provide education to residents and families regarding health care and treatment plans
Support quality assurance inspections and performance improvement initiatives
Deliver compassionate patient-centered care consistent with core values of Compassion Accountability Respect Excellence and Service
