We are recruiting an External Sales Team Manager to lead and develop our dedicated Italian sales team comprised of 8 colleagues.
This is a key leadership role for a hands-on professional ready to drive sales performance in a dynamic customer-centric and growing international company.
Role and Responsibilities
Acting as the key link between the General Manager and the field sales team you will be responsible for the effective and efficient operation of the external sales department.
You will work closely with the General Manager to set commercial targets and ensure accurate reporting for your area.
You will manage the regional sales team for Italy driving sales development and ensuring performance.
You will analyze customer data to support the External Sales Team colleagues helping them develop personalized action plans to achieve their targets.
You will act as a change leader preparing the team for the successful integration of new product ranges and commercial strategies.
You will receive comprehensive training on our products and tools at our Group HQ in Waregem (Belgium) alongside field training in Italy and support from the Italian internal sales team.
You will report to a manager who will fully support you share the Groups values and empower you to lead the external sales team autonomously.
How to succeed / Your profile
A hands-on professional with a proven track record in B2B sales and significant team management experience.
You are looking for a strategic challenge in a customer-centric high-growth company.
A background in the spare parts industry (e.g. MHE Construction or Agriculture) is highly desirable.
You are fluent in Italian and possess professional working proficiency in English comfortable participating in international meetings within the TVH group.
