Job Summary

We are recruiting an External Sales Team Manager to lead and develop our dedicated Italian sales team comprised of 8 colleagues.

This is a key leadership role for a hands-on professional ready to drive sales performance in a dynamic customer-centric and growing international company.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Acting as the key link between the General Manager and the field sales team you will be responsible for the effective and efficient operation of the external sales department.

  • You will work closely with the General Manager to set commercial targets and ensure accurate reporting for your area.

  • You will manage the regional sales team for Italy driving sales development and ensuring performance.

  • You will analyze customer data to support the External Sales Team colleagues helping them develop personalized action plans to achieve their targets.

  • You will act as a change leader preparing the team for the successful integration of new product ranges and commercial strategies.

  • You will receive comprehensive training on our products and tools at our Group HQ in Waregem (Belgium) alongside field training in Italy and support from the Italian internal sales team.

  • You will report to a manager who will fully support you share the Groups values and empower you to lead the external sales team autonomously.

How to succeed / Your profile

  • A hands-on professional with a proven track record in B2B sales and significant team management experience.

  • You are looking for a strategic challenge in a customer-centric high-growth company.

  • A background in the spare parts industry (e.g. MHE Construction or Agriculture) is highly desirable.

  • You are fluent in Italian and possess professional working proficiency in English comfortable participating in international meetings within the TVH group.
