Dental Hygienist

Salary and Benefits
- Hourly rate of $45 to $50
- Eligible for NHSC Student Loan Repayment Program up to $50000 for a two-year commitment
- Full-time schedule with one-hour appointments to start shifting to 45 minutes once acclimated
- Travel stipend or mileage reimbursement available for inter-site travel (20 minutes apart)
- Medical dental and vision insurance
- 403(b) retirement plan with employer match up to $3500 annually
- 3 weeks paid vacation (accrued) plus sick time
- 1011 paid holidays annually

Responsibilities
- Provide preventive dental care including cleanings fluoride treatments and sealants
- 4 Day Work Week
- Perform dental screenings and charting
- Educate patients of all ages on proper oral hygiene
- Prepare patients for dental procedures and assist the dentist as needed
- Maintain accurate patient records and uphold compliance with safety protocols
- Travel between practice locations until full staffing is achieved
Requirements
- Clear and active Dental Hygienist license in the state of Wisconsin (or eligibility)
- Willingness to treat patients of all ages including pediatric
- Comfortable traveling between clinic locations within a 20-minute radius
- Commitment to patient-centered community-based care
