SUMMARY: We are seeking a driven and strategicTerritory Sales Rep to lead sales growth and market expansion for our safety flooring and surface solutions. This role is responsible for developing and executing regional sales strategies building strong customer relationships and driving revenue across commercial industrial education healthcare and public space sectors. The ideal candidate will have a proven background in solution-based selling channel management and building product distribution within construction or related industries.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop and execute a comprehensive regional sales strategy to achieve revenue margin and growth objectives.
Identify pursue and close new business opportunities within target verticals including contractors architects facility managers distributors and end-users.
Manage and grow relationships with distribution partners dealer networks and key accounts.
Provide technical product expertise safety compliance knowledge and consultative support to clients during the specification and purchasing process.
Conduct product presentations demonstrations and consultative sales conversations with decision-makers.
Monitor regional market trends competitor activities and customer needs to adapt strategies and maximize opportunities.
Collaborate with internal teams including marketing operations and product development to align customer needs with business initiatives.
Deliver accurate sales forecasts pipeline reports and performance updates to senior leadership.
Represent the company at trade shows industry events and customer presentations to build brand awareness and drive demand.
Ensure compliance with safety regulatory and environmental standards relevant to flooring and surfacing solutions.
Other duties as requested by the TSP supervisor or management staff.
EDUCATION WORK EXPERIENCE AND PROFICIENCIES:
Bachelors degree in Business Sales Marketing Construction Management or a related field (or equivalent experience).
5-7 years of sales or business development experience in construction materials flooring or related industries.
Demonstrated success in managing a multi-state territory and exceeding sales targets.
Strong understanding of distribution networks contract negotiation and specification selling.
Excellent communication presentation and relationship-building skills.
Ability to travel extensively within the assigned region.
Achievement of quarterly and annual sales quotas.
Territory revenue growth and market share expansion.
Client retention and satisfaction rates.
New business acquisition and lead conversion rates.
