About this role

You will play a pivotal role in drivingseamless delivery usingAgilepractices andempowering our teams to achieve their fullest potential. Yourexpertiseinthis rolewill be instrumental in delivering high-impact projects thatwill delightclients.
A scrum master takes on various roles based on the maturity level of the Agile team. Clearly the success of any team using Agile methods is based on the effective partnership of scrum master and the team collaborating and embracing Agile principles. As a scrum master you naturally have a servant leader and coach mindset. You willidentifyneeds remove impediments and contribute as necessary to ensure the performance and success of the team.
This position requires a leader accountable for maximizing the business value produced by the team including throughput and delivery.
Responsibilities:
Lead multipleglobalcross functional teams(up to 4)on various projectsbyAgilemethodology(ScrumandKanban)supported byLean.
Sprint Events LeadAgileceremoniesincludingSprintPlanningDailyStand-upsSprintReviewsRefinementandRetrospectives
Product Shaping/Scope Management Collaborate with Product OwnersEngineeringTeams and Stakeholders to define scope goals and the product owner and provide education whereneededespecially in Product Backlog healthdependencymanagementto better managereleases.
PI and Sprint Planning - Help the teams toaccomplishsprint goals & PI OKRs by following ceremonies and planning / estimation offeaturesand userstories.
Impediment Management Tacticallyidentifydependenciesand blockerstrackand help remove them accordingly
Retrospective Fosteracultureofcontinuousimprovementinnovationandhighperformancewithintheteam. Have thecapabilitytoidentifypain points for Agile teams and bring in fresh practicalideas.
Progress tracking and MetricsSet upand reviewmetrics to anti-agile patternsthrough metricsand coach/steer if progress is about tobeor iscurrentlydelayed.
Coaching Teams Coach squads in the squads achieve higher levels of Agilematurity.
Qualification:
Proven experience as an Agile Delivery Lead Scrum Master or in a similar role.
Strong understanding of Agile frameworks including Scrum Kanban and Lean
Bachelors degree or higher from an accredited college/university
3 years of experience in Financial Services
4 years of experience in building data platforms and solutions
5 years leading large scale transformation programs(leveragingAgilemethodologies) involving businessprocessand change organization change and multiple large-scale technologycomponents.
Experience in coachingproductowners inproduct backlog health prioritizationetc.
A strongunderstanding of the system development life cycle
Previousroleseither asa software engineer/ developer tester/QAor business analyst
