Are you an experienced Facilities Assistant looking for a fresh challengeWe are looking for positive people to join our team to provide an excellent support service in our student and commercial guest accommodation.

The Opportunity:

In this role you will be a part of the Property Team based primarily in student is a fantastic opportunity to join our accommodation team in a newly created role where you will have responsibility for all aspects of general maintenance and condition of the UoE student accommodation properties.

We have 1 permanent position available full-time (35 hours per week).

Normal hours of work are 0900-1700hrs Monday to Friday. Weekend working may be required especially during commercial and summer periods.

To be eligible to apply for this role you should have previous maintenance experience be able to follow written and verbal instructions have excellent time management skills as well as be able to communicate effectively with a wide range of customers.

The salary for this post is 22995 to 23350 per annum.
