About the Role

This opportunity will see you joining the Banksia Ward predominantly a 30-bed general medical ward and is a fantastic opportunity to further develop and grow your career in a leadership position by providing excellent clinical support and guidance to all members of the team.

The successful applicant will effectively coordinate and manage the ward and ensure a strong commitment to customer service safety and high-quality care whilst demonstrating effective resource management.

About You

You thrive on problem solving fostering a positive and supportive culture and providing dedicated and specialised advice to your team members.

You will also bring;

• Relevant qualifications and Registration with AHPRA
• Minimum 5 years postgraduate experience
• Previous experience in a General Medical ward setting
• Post-graduate studies in management qualifications will be highly regarded
• Experience in management desirable
