Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced full time Sous Chef at LAmericano Cafe/espresso bar in Karrinyup. Be part of a close knit team to lead the development of a vibrant food and beverage business. This Cafe combines Coco Republics signature American design aesthetic with an Italian heritage. We will be open 7 days a week and will offer an Italian influenced breakfast and lunch menu as well as also holding occasional functions.
The cafe is open from 9am to 4pm.

About The Role
- Work closely with the Head Chef to ensure efficient food production and quality control
- Ensure the highest standards of presentation and quality
- Run your own section in a high-quality cafe environment
- Follow standardised recipes correctly to provide food to the highest standard
- Permanent full time position
- $78k plus super
About You
- Certificate 3 in commercial Cookery
- 2 years experience working in a busy high-quality cafe
- Love food and great work ethic
- Valid working rights in Australia
