Overview:
We are seeking a Board-Certified Sleep Medicine Physicianto join our well-established Outpatient Sleep Clinicin Hampton Virginia. This is an exciting opportunity to step into a leadership role as Medical Director of our Sleep Lab while delivering expert care in a collaborative patient-centered environment.
Position Highlights
- Outpatient-only practice with a flexible hybrid schedule(5-day workweek)
- High patient demand currently booking 8 months out
- Average 1620 patients per day
- Medical Directoropportunity for Sleep Lab leadership
- Work alongside a multidisciplinary team: primary care pulmonology neurology and psychiatry
Ideal Candidate
We are looking for a physician with extensive experience in evaluating diagnosing and managing a broad spectrum of adult sleep disorders including:
- Sleep apnea
- Insomnia
- Narcolepsy
- Parasomnias
- Restless leg syndrome
Proficiency in:
- Interpreting overnight polysomnography MSLT and HSAT
- Developing individualized treatment plans using CPAP/BiPAP therapy behavioral interventions and pharmacologic strategies
