As a Risk & Control Specialist within PNCs Compliance organization you will be based in Pittsburgh PA Birmingham AL Cleveland OH Miamisburg OH.

Role Summary
This role supports the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) Policy & Governance (P&G) team within the Second Line of Defense (2LOD) supporting the team in the critical oversight and challenge to policies procedures and governance activities and documentation. The role requires strong organizational analytical writing and verbal communication skills to support lifecycle management challenge documentation and stakeholder engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Document track and manage challenges to policies procedures and standards raised by the ERM P&G team.
Assist in the end-to-end lifecycle of policy and governance documents including intake review challenge approval and retirement processes.
Maintain the enterprise glossary of terms process change requests generate periodic reports and obtain stakeholder agreement.
Coordinate scheduled and ad hoc training communications; track responses and follow-ups.
Support research efforts related to framework expectations organizational changes and framework trends to inform decisions.
Monitor and maintain tracking lists task assignments and data collection efforts to support governance reporting and audit readiness.
Preferred Qualifications
3 years of professional administrative or other support in a corporate environment or experience with policies/procedures committee governance or 2LOD challenge.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word Excel PowerPoint and SharePoint.
Exceptional organizational and professional communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.
Experience with business writing proofreading and preparing professional presentations.
Ability to work independently and engage effectively with stakeholders across all levels of the organization.
Bachelors degree preferred

Job Description

  • Supports the risk management program and corresponding communication strategies.
  • Supports the coordination and implementation of the risk management program to meet regulatory expectations.
  • Under supervision supports the execution of the risk management program within and across the lines of business. May participate in the consultation to execute the program components.
  • Works to develop risk expertise while working with the businesses and other risk partners (e.g. Compliance Technology Risk etc.) to proactively identify risk exposures across PNC.
  • Supports the challenging of business self assessment results (including new initiatives business as usual activities and risk management program) and review of applicable independent analyses.

Pay Transparency

Base Salary: $23.63 $86000.00

Salaries may vary based on geographic location market data and on individual skills experience and education. This role is incentive eligible with the payment based upon company business and/or individual performance.
