Qualifications
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelors degree in education or a related field.
- Four (4) years of teaching experience with coaching or mentoring experience.
- Valid Florida teaching certificate.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Masters degree in education or a related field.
- Valid Florida teaching certificate in an area of Exceptional Student Education (ESE).
- Four (4) years of Highly Effective/Effective teaching experience with coaching or mentoring experience.
Relevant work experience or education may be substituted to satisfy minimum qualifications.
KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
- Clear and concise oral and written communication skills; analytical mathematical organizational and prioritization skills; flexibility and adaptability in dealing with rapidly changing priorities and demands; interpersonal skills.

- Knowledge of and a deep understanding of how students learn and various instructional and behavioral practices available in the school setting.
- Knowledge of adult learning processes.

- Knowledge of MTSS EWS and PBS processes.
- Knowledge of and the ability to interpret and enforce pertinent regulations policies and procedures for the functional area of assignment.
- Knowledge of and experience using multiple project management tools and methodologies.
- Knowledge of HIPAA Public Records Sunshine Law FERPA and other laws/regulations related to student and employee privacy public information and records retention.
- Ability to communicate technical information to technical and non-technical personnel.
- Ability to deliver high-quality customer service in a timely and professional manner.

Responsibilities
- Collect and analyze multiple sources types of data to improve student learning.
- Facilitate effective team-based collaborative action planning and problem-solving processes inclusive of family student school and community stakeholders.
- Disseminate evidence-based content knowledge including but not limited to organizational change/implementation processes MTSS/EWS and PBS knowledge and expertise and best practices in reading math science and behavior instruction.
- Facilitate and support targeted student interventions to implement and sustain MTSS/EWS and PBS processes at the individual student classroom and school-based levels.
- Perform Medicaid administrative claims reimbursable activities as directed in accordance with Chapter 3 of the federally approved School District Administrative Claiming (SDAC) Guide.
- Provide evidence-based professional development training instructional coaching and technical assistance to support data-based problem solving.
- Utilize data to inform ongoing school-based professional development technical assistance and coaching so as to improve the fidelity of MTSS/EWS and PBS implementation processes and overall student and staff outcomes.
- Build the capacity of MTSS/EWS and PBS processes at the school level.
