Physical Therapist

We are seeking full-time licensed Physical Therapists to join our Home Health team. If you are compassionate self-motivated and committed to delivering individualized care plans that help patients achieve their mobility and wellness goals at home then apply now!
Physical Therapists will:
- Complete initial and ongoing comprehensive assessments
- Provide interventions and therapeutic treatment in accordance with the physician certified plan of care and standards of practice
- Modify the plan of care as needed based on observations and patient evaluation
- Work as part of an interdisciplinary team with nursing and other therapists
Required Skills and Experience:
- Current licensure or certification as a therapist in Virginia
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Program
- Minimum of 2 years of physical therapy experience ideally in a home healthcare
- Good clinical judgement strong interpersonal skills and compassion
