Role Overview

As an Assisted Living Med Tech youll provide compassionate care and support to residents in alignment with their individualized service plans. Youll assist with activities of daily living medication management and ensure a safe warm and respectful environment the Stellar way: with kindness professionalism and dignity.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality care and assistance with daily living activities and personal hygiene

• Administer medications and accurately document all medication passes

• Respond promptly and appropriately to resident needs and calls

• Monitor residents dietary needs restrictions and preferences

• Maintain a positive and caring relationship with residents families and coworkers

Qualifications

• Previous Assisted Living Med Tech experience required

• Passion for serving seniors and making a difference

• Team player with a positive can-do attitude

• Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision

• Required Certifications & Clearances:

  • AZ Assisted Living Caregiver Certificate

  • AZ Fingerprint Clearance Card

  • Current First Aid/CPR certification

  • Food Handlers Card

  • Negative 2-step TB Test (current within the last 12 months)

• Excellent and verifiable professional references
