• Spend quality time with clients through meaningful conversations reading aloud playing games or sharing hobbies to combat loneliness and stimulate mental well-being.
• Assist with mobility transfers and ambulation ensuring the safety and well-being of clients.
• Provide assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing dressing grooming and toileting.
• Provide safe transportation and companionship to appointments social outings community events or for errands as in grocery shopping.
• Help clients with meal planning and preparation and offer cheerful company during meals.
• Help maintain a comfortable living environment with light housekeeping tidying and organizing.
• Gently remind clients to take medications according to their prescribed schedules.
• Observe and report any notable changes in clients demeanor routines or well-being to the care team promptly. Youll also accurately document your visits and observations.

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Previous experience in caregiving either in a home care setting or a healthcare facility
• Certification in CPR and First Aid is preferred.
• Provide a compassionate and empathetic attitude.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a natural ability to connect with people.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to follow care plans and work collaboratively within a team environment.
