Job Duties

• Lead overall financial and accounting operations of the multi-unit healthcare group including accounting budgetary audits tax and other financial planning activities within the organization.
• Enjoy running a department that keeps the CEO capable of aligning the business to the defined budget and implement changes needed to achieve budget goals.
• As CFO you will provide the interface between our banking assurance firm tax advisors healthcare broker and insurance relationships.
• Partner with your CIO who reports to you on optimizing financial systems including NetSuite EMR & other cloud-based tools to properly manage and implement best practices and procedures for short- and long-range goals objectives and plans.
• Partner with your VP of Revenue Cycle Management to ensure that accounts receivable is collected timely uncompensated care is kept to a minimum cash flow is maximized and working capital is optimal.
• Prepares annual capital budgets and Capital Equipment Requests. Ensures assets and related depreciation is recorded accurately and in compliance with company policies.
• Under your stewardship the Team of 10 in RCM will continue to reach goals for cash collections minimizing A/R days reduction of bad debt and further lower denials.
• Participate in monthly RCM meetings with your VP and Sr. Director of RCM to review revenue cycle metrics encouraging proactive behavior and addressing issues that will improve performance.
• Create a culture that provides ongoing analysis to elevate your Operators and Business leaders performance to make sound fact and date driven decisions
