Operates imaging equipment to obtain quality diagnostic images. Provides appropriate patient education regarding the radiology procedure. The technologist ensures that all aspects of patient radiology records are processed and documented properly to initiate procedure results in a timely manner.
Education and Training
Graduate of an A.M.A approved school of Radiologic Technology registered or registry eligibility with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists.
- Must be licensed as a Radiographer by the State of Ohio.
- BLS required.
Experience
One (1) to three (3) years experience preferred. For PRN positions at least one year current experience preferred.
Hours:
- Variable - mostly days 8-4:30 (Can be flexible)
- Minimum of 2 shifts per month
- Must work 1 holiday per year
