Five Elms Capitals Investor Relations team is this role you will play a pivotal role in supporting the firms relationships with current and prospective investors (Limited Partners / LPs) crafting fundraising strategy and messaging and liaising with teams across the Five Elms organization. This role will be responsible for supporting the Vice President of Investor Relations across all fundraising and investor relations activities. Five Elms is a dynamic fast-paced environment. YOU WILL HAVE A BROAD SET OF RESPONSIBILITIES

Fundraising and LP Communications

• Participate in meetings with current and prospective investors.

• Assist in the identification of and outreach to new prospective investors.

• Support ongoing investor communication and nurturing between fundraising rounds.

• Manage and update the investor relations CRM.

• Maintain a calendar of investor touchpoints to ensure regular and meaningful engagement.

• Assist in planning and preparing for investor meetings and events.

• Respond to investor inquiries and due diligence requests in a timely and professional manner.

Investor Relations Support

• Manage quarterly investor reporting across the Five Elms portfolio.

• Collaborate with all internal teams at Five Elms (Legal Compliance Investment Value Creation etc.) to maintain consistent and accurate messaging across all platforms.

• Assist in the creation and maintenance of marketing materials including presentations reports and newsletters.

• Compile and analyze data to create insightful presentations that effectively communicate our value proposition to current and prospective investors.

You have the right experience and interests. You bring in 1 years of experience in investor relations or financial services with a genuine interest in investor management. You have a strong attention to detail and are highly organized.

Youre a strong communicator. You have a dynamic and engaging presence. You liaise with stakeholders and cross-functional teams in a professional and succinct manner both written and verbal. You handle relationships with care and approach every interaction with professionalism and discretion.
