Experience: You have at least three (3) years of proven experience in Sales or a related field (e.g. Account Management Business Development). Experience in Sales related to technical products or IT services is a strong bonus.
Education: You have an academic degree in business marketing or a related field (or a technical degree e.g. in physics mathematics or computer science).
Technical Aptitude: You possess a foundational understanding of machine learning. More detailed knowledge is a plus and very helpful but not strictly necessary for selling complex services as you will be supported by our ML Scientists and have the opportunity to grow your expertise.
Mindset: You are a hands-on person who can take complete responsibility for your sales channels and push them forward mid to long term. You thrive on autonomy and impact.
Quality & Motivation: You have high-quality expectations and a high motivation to deliver excellent results.
Location & Office: You live in Berlin or plan to move here and want to come to the office at least 2x per week to really become part of dida and our team.
Language: Communicating in German is easy for you (German is your mother tongue or you are at a similar level). At the same time you can communicate fluently with colleagues and the team in English.
