Job Summary
- Oversee daily clinical operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflows.
- Assist dentists and oral health professionals during procedures.
- Manage stock control sterilisation and infection control protocols.
- Provide leadership and training to dental assistants.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Deliver outstanding patient care and maintain a welcoming environment.
Qualifications :
- Certificate III or IV in Dental Assisting
- Proven experience in a dental or healthcare setting (essential).
- Strong organisational problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Passionate about providing outstanding patient care.
- Proficiency with dental software systems (highly desirable if experienced with OASIS)
