Role: MuleSoft Architect (Salesforce Integration)

Location: Charlotte NC- Hybrid
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled MuleSoft Architect with proven experience designing and implementing Salesforce integration solutions. The ideal candidate will lead API-led connectivity architecture ensure scalability and performance and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver enterprise-grade integration solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and architect end-to-end integration solutions using MuleSoft Anypoint Platform.
- Develop and implement integration strategies between Salesforce and other enterprise systems (CRM ERP Databases etc.).
- Define API-led architecture including Experience Process and System APIs.
- Ensure integration solutions adhere to security performance and scalability standards.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams on MuleSoft best practices.
- Collaborate with Salesforce developers business analysts and solution architects to ensure seamless integration.
- Conduct code reviews performance tuning and troubleshooting of integration solutions.
- Document architecture design patterns and integration flows.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field.
- 8 years of IT experience with 4 years in MuleSoft design and development.
- Strong expertise in MuleSoft Anypoint Studio API Manager Runtime Manager and CloudHub.
- Hands-on experience integrating Salesforce (Sales/Service Cloud) using MuleSoft connectors.
- Proficiency in API design (RAML REST SOAP) and DataWeave transformations.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines version control (Git) and API security (OAuth JWT etc.).
- MuleSoft Certified Architect or Developer certification preferred.
- Familiarity with Salesforce integration patterns Lightning Platform and Apex is a plus.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with other integration platforms or middleware tools.
- Knowledge of AWS/Azure cloud integration and microservices architecture.
