This role is all about growth: expanding our client base strengthening existing relationships and delivering real commercial impact in alignment with our global strategy. What youll do:
- Qualify and develop new business opportunities while growing your portfolio of accounts
- Build strong lasting client relationships by understanding business needs and positioning the value we bring
- Nurture accounts to increase customer loyalty and long-term engagement
- Work hand-in-hand with Sales Delivery and Marketing colleagues to maximise success
- Consistently deliver a legendary customer experience that drives revenue growth
- Use CRM tools (D365) to keep client information accurate and actionable
Qualifications :
What youll bring:
- A proven track record in sales and business development new business and account growth
- Hunter mentality: proactive persistent and motivated by results
- Strong ability to understand client needs and spot opportunities
- Experience in Learning & Development consulting or B2B sales (a plus)
- Excellent presentation communication and networking skills
- Entrepreneurial/start-up mindset resourceful resilient and driven by growth
- Fluent in Polish and English
Location: the office is located in Łódź and some office attendance will be required.
