As an Application Support Consultant Card Transactions you will:

• Collaborate with clients to understand their business processes and requirements.
• Configure and customize software applications according to client specifications.

Qualifications :

What would make you a fit for the role:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field with 2 years of relevant experience.
• Experience with Linux/Unix/AIX operating systems and hands-on expertise in Shell and Perl scripting.
• Proficiency in working with relational databases including SQL and Oracle.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with strong attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills enabling effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects prioritize tasks and meet deadlines efficiently.
• Excellent command of the English language both written and verbal.

It would also be a plus if you match some of the following:

• Knowledge of business process modeling.
• Experience working in a client-facing role.
• Experience with Card switching systems and integration tools like Oracle Tuxedo and Oracle Weblogic.
• Ability to provide technical training and support.
